Red's Propane Tank Cathedral Smoker

Red from Abilene, Texas welded four decommissioned 500-gallon propane tanks into a single offset smoker that stretches 22 feet long. It can cook 40 briskets at once and requires its own trailer to move. Red enters it in competitions and says the smoke ring speaks for itself.
